Electrical Service Engineers

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Service Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical panels, identifying system faults, and interpreting electrical drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical systems at client sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in electrical panels, control circuits, and associated equipment.

  • Read, interpret, and update electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.

  • Conduct root-cause analysis and provide effective solutions to recurring issues.

  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels and control systems.

  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors for timely issue resolution.

  • Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain service logs.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company protocols.

  • Provide technical support to customers and attend onsite service calls as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel servicing and troubleshooting.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

  • Good understanding of PLCs, control circuits, drives, relays, and industrial electrical components (preferred).

  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in electrical maintenance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

  • Willingness to travel for onsite service support.


Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with VFDs, PLC programs, SCADA, or automation systems.

  • Familiarity with industrial equipment in sectors like manufacturing, utilities, or automation.

Electrical Service Engineers

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA development, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and commissioning automation systems across various industrial applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Schneider / Omron).

  • Design, configure, and maintain SCADA/HMI systems for process monitoring and control.

  • Perform I/O checks, panel testing, FAT/SAT, and onsite commissioning.

  • Integrate automation systems using communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.

  • Work on VFDs, servo drives, and related control equipment.

  • Prepare technical documentation including logic diagrams, drawings, manuals, and reports.

  • Analyze system issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.

  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to ensure project success.

  • Provide onsite and remote support to clients when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in industrial automation.

  • Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming and SCADA development.

  • Knowledge of HMI design, field instrumentation, sensors, and control systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and control panel drawings.

  • Familiarity with industrial automation standards and safety procedures.

  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel for project execution and commissioning.

Power Electrical Engineers

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Power Electrical Engineers with strong experience in generator control systems, power management systems (PMS), and automatic voltage regulators (AVR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of power control and distribution systems across marine, industrial, and oil & gas environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot generator control panels, synchronization systems, and load-sharing modules.

  • Commission and maintain Power Management Systems (PMS) ensuring smooth load distribution, load shedding, blackout prevention, and system protection.

  • Diagnose, calibrate, and fine-tune AVRs for stable voltage regulation across multi-generator setups.

  • Conduct FAT, SAT, and site commissioning for generator and power automation projects.

  • Perform electrical testing, I/O checks, and verification of protection logics.

  • Prepare technical documentation including reports, wiring diagrams, and configuration records.

  • Execute retrofit and upgrade projects for outdated generator controls and PMS systems.

  • Coordinate with mechanical, automation, and marine engineering teams for system-level integration.

  • Provide onsite and remote support to clients for fault resolution and system optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and Class/Flag regulations (DNV, ABS, IRS, etc., where applicable).


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, EEE, or related discipline.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Generator control systems (Woodward, Deep Sea, ComAp, SEG, etc.)

    • AVR calibration & settings

    • Power management and synchronization systems

  • Good understanding of electrical power generation, distribution, and protection systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in both mechanical–electrical integrated systems.

  • Willingness to travel for offshore, marine, and industrial site work.


Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in marine vessels, offshore rigs, or industrial power plants.

  • Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems integrated with generator controls.

  • Familiarity with protection relays and electrical safety systems.

  • Exposure to battery systems, UPS, and switchgear panels.
