AKT - MTGA LUBE OIL TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM

Existing Russian control system replaced by SMEC PLC based control system. The PID system regulates the LUBE oil temperature and maintains as per requirement. Operator enabled set point and alarm control system for the safe operation.

KITU SYSTEM

Russian High Temperature sensors were replaced by Class A accuracy high temperature sensors according to the IEC standard that were indigenously designed by SMEC. A PLC based system which provides SUPER HEATED STEAM TEMPERATURE value with respective set points for the alarm management for the safe operations. HMI display panel and SCADA are provided.

MTGA TURNING GEAR INDICATION SYSTEM

A PLC based system providing the operator feedback of the TBU motor, Ahead/Astern movement, Gear Engaged/Disengaged for the safe operations of the system.

CAKT - MTGA (MOTOR TURNING GEAR ASSEMBLY) BEARING TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM

Russian Temperature sensors were replaced by Class A accuracy temperature sensors according to IEC standard that were indigenously designed by SMEC. A PLC based system which provides data of bearing temperature of gear assembly with respective set points for the alarm management for the safe operations. HMI display panel with local selective switches for the local operator to identify the temperature. SCADA system at the remote location (PDCR & SPDCR).

UPGRADATION AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE CONSOLES AT PDCR

Multiple locations indication panels, indications, switches were replaced by SMEC as per requirement.

MID & KD - 140 FRESH WATER & FEED WATER LEVEL MONITORING SYSTEM

The MИД (Russian Pressure Sensor) and KД-140 unit was replaced by the equivalent sensor and KД-140 was indigenized by SMEC. A system for monitoring of Fresh water and Feed water level at desired locations.

BOILER CONTROL SYSTEM

Integrating Russian existing system with our new PLC based system which enhanced the efficiency of the Russian – Ergey Boiler control system. Also provided operator oriented HMI panels as per requirement for the monitoring the Boiler parameters.

SALINOMETER & KM - 140

Load Monitoring System is basically a touch screen display with graphical representation. It helps to monitor the crane operations. The hook load, operating radius and duty. The display will have various unit indications such as Tonne, Lbs., Feet, and Meters. The tension on lines and hooks are displayed in real time in a software. It also delivers an alarm with display indication and sound to warn the operators in case of loads and of any dangerous imbalance. A protective casing for the safety of touch panel is also provided.

CAKT - PLUMMER BLOCK BEARING TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM

Russian Temperature sensors were replaced by Class A accuracy temperature sensors according to IEC standard that were indigenously designed by SMEC. A PLC based system which provides bearing temperature of shaft bearing with respective set points for the alarm management for the safe operations. HMI display panel with local selective switches for the local operator to identify the temperature.

DEAERATOR LEVEL MONITORING SYSTEM

A PLC based system which provides the operators to get the tank level with alarm system. Installation of pressure transmitter with condensate pots and isolation valves for the safe operation of the system.

CONDENSER LEVEL MONITORING SYSTEM

A PLC based system which provides the operators to get the tank level with alarm system. Installation of pressure transmitter with condensate pots and isolation valves for the safe operation of the system.

MIXING CHAMBER FUNNEL CAMERA SYSTEM

Supply, Installation and commissioning of the explosion proof camera system for the monitoring of SMOKE DENSITY of the boiler system. Hence providing the same feedback to multiple remote locations.

RUSSIAN TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM

Multiple Russian Thermocouples and RTDS were replaced by SMEC sensors. Also Russian IP convertors were replaced by new equivalent modules and feedback provided to the local respective gauges for the safe operation of the systems.

RUSSIAN PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM

Multiple Russian KD-140(SPDCR) units replaced with sensor and normal gauges were replaced in order to avoid the complexity of the system.

FCBT remote alarm indication system

Advanced PLC based FCBT remote alarm indication system with SMART line transmitter which gives liabilty to the engineers to monitor the critical parameters such as FCBT alarms and booster pump suction pressure remotely from ERCR in real time. 

UPGRADATION AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE PUDUS CONSOLES AT ERCR

PLC BASED TANK LEVEL DATA LOGGER

To keep regular track of liquid intakes & consumption onboard INS Vikramaditya SMEC has implemented PC based advanced Tanks level data logger which helps Engineers stationed in PDCR to keep a record and also improves awareness about the status of various tanks onboard.

MIMIC PANEL

A PLC based SCADA system integrated with Russian system which provides DG load, Shore supply load, multiple breaker feedbacks from the remote locations making the operator/watch keeper for the load sharing and load calculation safely.

DG CONTROLS

Replacing the Russian control system with the SMEC control system. A PLC based system enhancing the performance and making troubleshooting easier for the operator. Multiple drop PLC architecture leading to the multiple remote locations for the safe handling and monitoring of DG controls.(LCP,RCP and CCP)

WATER TANK LEVEL GAUGING SYSTEM

The SMEC designed Water Tank Level Gauging System is an advanced PLC based monitoring system to measure and monitor fresh water & feed water tanks level. The system measures head pressure generated by available water in the tanks with the help of transmitters installed at the bottom of the tanks, the transmitters sense the pressure generated by water convert it into standard electrical signals (4-20mA) as per the calibrated range and then transmit to the level indicator and the PLC (Signal processing station) which then analyze the received signals, process and scale the same to the predefined range to show water level on the HMI (Monitoring station).

SAC LIFT

A PLC based HMI monitoring system integrated with Russian system which provides the feedback of the pumps, hydraulic manipulators, limit switches, carriage locks, safety sequence and many more for the options for the operator for safe operations.

LADOGO CAPTA HMI PANEL

A PLC-HMI based monitoring system providing navigation data’s like SOG, LOG, Heading, ROT and not limited for the navigating with quick response.

VIP LIFT/ PASSENGER LIFT
